Coaches must be able to carefully manage varied and intense emotions, that result from training, game-day decisions and competition results. Wider stakeholders, including fans, club officials/owners, the press and non-playing staff all add to the load and demands placed on the coach.

For these reasons, from Coach to Coach, my aim is to use my experience to support your path to success and offer solutions to the football challenges that confront your road to success. That is my raison d’être with teamtalk.
