I believe that winning does not happen by chance, the coach must focus on winning the games and therefore creating a high performance environement, including all members of the playing and non playing staff. It needs a positive agressiveness to defeat the opponent. Visualisation of targets and creating messages are vital and need to be repeated constantly.
